To become a member of the Donel Community, we have set forth the following requirements to ensure a vibrant and engaged network of international development professionals:
Professional Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the field of international development, either as a consultant or with an NGO or development organization.
Expertise in at least one of the key sectors relevant to international development, such as agriculture, health, education, economic empowerment, or environmental sustainability.
Educational Background
Possess a relevant degree in fields such as international development, public policy, economics, social sciences, or a related discipline.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of international development.
Language Proficiency
Fluency in English is required, as it is the primary language of communication within the Donel Community.
Proficiency in other languages, particularly those commonly used in international development contexts, is highly desirable.
Commitment to Collaboration
Demonstrate a willingness to actively participate in community discussions, share knowledge and resources, and engage in collaborative projects.
Exhibit a collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in learning from and supporting fellow members.
